These terms govern your use of Dose Alarm, provided by Ryan Allen. By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Dose Alarm on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or sublicense the app except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
Any purchase inside Dose Alarm is processed by Apple and governed by the App Store Terms of Service. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Dose Alarm is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ryan Allen is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of your use of Dose Alarm. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD 50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
This licence terminates automatically if you breach these terms. You may terminate at any time by deleting the app. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including the disclaimer, liability limitation, and governing law — do so.
These terms are between you and Ryan Allen only, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Dose Alarm. Apple is not responsible for any product warranty, product liability, or third-party intellectual property claim relating to the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in US, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Where you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence.
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change and material updates will be announced in the app. Continuing to use Dose Alarm after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
